Norbert Barisits (born June 6, 1957 in Siegendorf ) is an Austrian football coach.

During his coaching career, Barisits worked at SC Untersiebenbrunn , TSV Hartberg and LASK Linz , among others - with the latter also as sports director . Until May 2008 he coached the Austrian regional division SC Eisenstadt .

From June 2008 to July 2010 he worked as a trainer at ASV Siegendorf .

From September 2010 to 2013, the Burgenland Croat was the coach of the Burgenland regional league team ASKÖ Stinatz . He currently trains the traditional Viennese club 1. Simmeringer SC . Barisits has won a total of 19 titles in his coaching career (championship, cup, city hall tournament, amateur Mitropacup) and is considered one of the most successful coaches in Burgenland.

Professionally, the multilingual barisits (German, English, French, Serbo-Croatian) work as a teacher (BEd, MBA), and he is also the managing director of Barisits Tankstellen Betriebs GmbH, which operates a total of 8 gas stations in Burgenland.
