Norbert Heinen (pedagogue)
Norbert Heinen (* 1953 ) is a German educator .
Life
After receiving his doctorate in 1988 at the University of Cologne and his habilitation ( summary and academic classification of the publications on pedagogy with people with intellectual disabilities ) in 2003 at the University of Oldenburg , he taught at the chair for pedagogy and rehabilitation for people with intellectual and severe disabilities until 2018 in Cologne .
