Norbert Kluge

Norbert Kluge (* 1935 in Essen ) is a German educator and sex researcher. He is a emeritus sex pedagogue at the University of Koblenz-Landau , Campus Landau.

Life

Kluge studied education in Koblenz, Cologne and Mainz. His last position as a university professor led him to the professorship for sexology and sex education at the institute of the same name at the University of Koblenz-Landau, Landau campus. Since the university decided not to fill the professorship, Kluge was the last holder of this professorship. Even after his retirement in 2000, he continues to publish on the subject of sex education.

honors and awards

He is honorary chairman of the German Society for Gender Education (DGG) and recipient of the Magnus Hirschfeld Medal 2010 for sexual reform.
