Norbert Lüer

Norbert Lüer (* 1955 in Oberhausen ) is a German entrepreneur and is a trained industrial clerk . In 1993 he started his own business and in 2002 founded Jurex GmbH with headquarters in Erkelenz in the Rhineland.

Career

As an industrial clerk, Lüer held a responsible position for a large German company in the international steel business for many years. He organized the development of the steel trade for a private company and at that time worked for two years in Geneva. He has been an independent entrepreneur since 1993. First he ran his own company in the steel industry for eight years.

In October 2000, Norbert Lüer founded the citybüro business services ek based in Erkelenz. In the same year he applied for the first postal license and an additional payment approval for the delivery of postal delivery orders . In 2003 he founded one of the largest private postal service providers in the field of formal deliveries until the bankruptcy in May 2007, Jurex GmbH . Norbert Lüer, once a model entrepreneur, was portrayed in the press and on television programs as an example of being paid with low wages that were below the minimum subsistence level or social assistance rate. Furthermore, he was charged with obstructing works council activities.
