Norddörfer was the name of a municipality on the island of Sylt in the Tondern district (from October 19, 1920, Südtondern district ) in the Prussian province of Schleswig-Holstein .

On June 27, 1871, the municipality of Norddörfer was re-established through the merger of the towns of Braderup, Kampen and Wenningstedt known as Sylt Norddörfer .

On March 21, 1927, the Kampen community was re-established by separating from the Norddörfer community.

Finally, the remainder of the community was renamed Wenningstedt on July 1, 1927 .

Others

The name "Norddörfer" is still used today in the names of the Evangelical Lutheran parish of Norddörfer and the sports club SC Norddörfer.
