Nordic Women's Football Championship 1981

The 1981 Nordic Football Championship for women's national football teams took place in Finland between July 15 and 19 . Defending champion Sweden won the competition, which was held for the eighth time, for the fifth time in a row.

The four participating teams played the tournament winner according to the "everyone against everyone" mode, with each team playing once against each other. The team that had the most points or, if there was a tie, the better goal difference at the end of all games, won the tournament.
