The Norges Kommunistblad was a Norwegian newspaper that was printed in Oslo .

history

It was founded on November 5, 1923 as the official party newspaper of the Norges Kommunistiske Parti (NKP). Its first editor was Olav Scheflo . On November 1, 1929 it was shut down and replaced with Arbeideren as the NKP's party newspaper.

editor

Scheflo stopped editing the newspaper a week after the 1924 general election . He was disappointed with the NKP, especially because of its stance on the failed “iron workers” strike. While he was in prison in the spring of 1925, Olav Larssen took over his position as editor. At the “ National Convention ” of the NKP in the spring of 1925, Scheflo was reinstated as the editor of the party newspaper. After Olav Scheflo, Christian Hilt was hired as editor of the newspaper in September 1926 . He worked for the newspaper until February 1927 when he moved to Moscow. He was followed by Albin One . Because of a prison sentence that one was serving in July and August 1927, the newspaper was published by Trond Hegna in the meantime . Members of the Mot Dag communist association , notably Hegna, Johan Vogt , Carl Viggo Lange and Sverre Kolltveit , had a huge impact on the newspaper while One was editor. One who was still working as an editor in the autumn was replaced by Christian Hilt in November 1927. Hilt tried to reduce the influence of the Mot Dag. Arvid G. Hansen was the last editor of the newspaper, who then continued his career in Arbeideren .
