Noriaki Tsutsui ( Japanese 筒 井 紀 章 Tsutsui Noriaki ; born August 15, 1976 in Kanagawa Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Tsutsui learned to play football in the youth team of Yokohama Marinos . He signed his first contract with the Yokohama Marinos in 1995 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . In 1997 he moved to the second division club Otsuka Pharmaceutical (today: Tokushima Vortis). For the club he completed 50 games. In 1999 he moved to the second division club Albirex Niigata . For the club he completed 20 games. In 2000 he returned to third division club Otsuka Pharmaceutical . In 2004 he was with the club master of the Japan Football League and rose to the J2 League . For the club he completed 141 games. At the end of 2007 he ended his career as a football player.
