Noriyuki Sakemoto ( Japanese 酒 本 憲 幸 Sakemoto Noriyuki ; born September 8, 1984 in Wakayama Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Sakemoto learned to play soccer on the school team at Hatsushiba Hashimoto High School . He signed his first contract in 2003 with the Cerezo Osaka . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . In 2003 he reached the final of the Kaiser Cup . At the end of the 2006 season, the club was relegated to the J2 League . In 2009 he was runner-up with the club in the J2 League and rose again to the J1 League. At the end of the 2014 season, the club was relegated to the J2 League. At the end of the 2016 season, the club rose again to the J1 League. In 2017 he won the J.League Cup and Kaiserpokal with the club . For the club, he completed 279 league games. In 2019 he moved to the second division Kagoshima United FC . At the end of the 2019 season, the club rose to the J3 League .
