Normunds Lasis (born February 25, 1985 ) is a former Latvian cyclist .
Athletic career
Normunds Lasis finished second in the road race of the Latvian championship in 2004. He then signed a contract with the Continental Team Rietumu Bank-Riga . In his first year there, he won the prologue on the Tour of Greece. He also finished third in the national championship and in the Mayor Cup , which he won in 2006. In the 2007 season, Lasis won a section at Le Triptyque des Monts et Châteaux . In 2008 he became Latvian road racing champion and won three stages of the Tour of Bulgaria . In 2009 he won the Banja Luka-Belgrade I race . In the same year he ended his cycling career.
