Juris Silovs (cyclist)

Juris Silovs (born January 27, 1973 in Krāslava ) is a former Latvian cyclist .

In 1995 Juris Silovs won the Luxembourgish one-day race Grand-Prix François Faber as an amateur . In 1996 he started at the Olympic Games in Atlanta and finished 31st in the individual race.

From 1997 to 2001 Silovs was active as a professional racing driver. During this time he was twice - in 1997 and 1998 - Latvian road racing champion; twice - in 1999 and 2001 - he was runner-up.
