Raivis Belohvoščiks (born January 21, 1976 in Riga ) is a former Latvian cyclist .

Life

His greatest success was winning the Belgian stage race Three Days of De Panne in 2003. He was also able to secure victories in the Chrono des Nations and Grand Prix d'Europa time trials , as well as the Latvian championships in this discipline. Overall, he won ten national titles in the course of his sporting career, one in road racing and nine in time trial. After the 2011 season, he ended his career.
