Nothe is probably a desert in the corridor of (Groß-) Osterhausen .

In the north-western corner of the corridor of (Groß-) Osterhausen there is a place called "Nothmark".
history
In a document dated September 29, 1053, a place called "Noethe" is mentioned, in which the Goseck Count Palatine are wealthy and donated these, together with other lands, to the Goseck Monastery for the consecration of the monastery church.
In 1473 Nothe is mentioned as desolate.
It is not certain whether the place named in the document is Nothe bei Osterhausen.
