The Notter Point is a rocky headland in Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . On the northeast side of the Trinity Peninsula , it is 10 km northeast of Cape Kjellman and marks the western boundary of Bone Bay . It also forms the northern end of the Beliza Peninsula .
It is named after Tomás Notter (or Nother), an English-born commander in the Argentine War of Independence (1810-1818), who was killed on March 21, 1814 in a naval battle against the Spanish colonial power.
