The Notwane FC is a football club based in Gaborone , capital of Botswana . It plays its home games at the Botswana National Stadium and is named after the Notwane River.

The association was founded in 1965 and is also known as "Sechaba" or "Team e Bosisi". His first successes were in 1978. He secured the double of the championship and the Challenge Cup. The club had to wait until the mid-1990s before it could win two more national championships in 1996 and 1998. He also won the Challenge Cup in 1995 and 1997, before winning the fourth cup in 2006. One could qualify several times for the African competitions, whereby one could at least reach the second round of the game in 1996 in the CAF Cup Winners.
