The Novosilki Dome ( Russian Купол Новосильского Kupol Novosilskowo ) is an ice dome off the Knox coast of the East Antarctic Wilkes Land . It rises in the northern part of the Shackleton Ice Shelf .
Russian scientists named them. It is named after Lieutenant Pawel M. Nowosilski, an officer of the Mirny under Captain Michail Lasarew in the first Russian Antarctic expedition (1819-1821) under the direction of Fabian Gottlieb von Bellingshausen .
