The two- tower nuraghe s'Ulimu is a nuraghe above the valley of "Godditorgiu" southwest of Tertenia and south of Ulassai in Ogliastra, in the province of Nuoro in Sardinia .

It dates from the middle or late Bronze Age (1500–900 AD). It is isolated, but close to other nuraghi (Nuraghe Aleri, Nuraghe Sanu). In the area there are Domus de Janas (Sa Mogola e sa Crabiola), tombs of giants , nuragic settlements and a dolmen .

The nuraghe consists of two massive towers made of Cyclops masonry. One is in good condition, the other partially collapsed. The intact tower is on a limestone cliff . The entrance is directed to the south and has a height of 1.1 m and a width of 0.85 m. It belongs to a 3.4 m long corridor that leads to a round chamber 4.7 m in diameter. To the west of the chamber there is a single, pointed niche. It is 1.3 wide and about 2.0 m high and deep. In front of the chamber on the left in the masonry a curved staircase leads to the upper floor. The nuraghe was used as a shepherd's hut until the end of the 19th century. The height of the chamber is 7.0 m, the tower has a diameter of 12.0 m.

The destroyed tower has a diameter of about 10.0 meters. An opening in the masonry at a height of about 5.0 meters faces northeast. The tower has a remaining height of 4.0 meters and is filled with rubble on the inside.

Outside the towers, on the south-east side, there is a wall about 3.0 meters wide and 4.0 meters high, which makes the nuraghe inaccessible. The approximately 14.0 meter long, straight wall is lowered in the northwest and connected to a large rock at the end. Another section of the wall is also 14 meters long and has a small opening in the middle with a 1.5 m high lintel.

The nuraghe were not excavated. One study comes from Fernando Pilia, who carried out several visits in the 1980s and found five ceramic fragments.
