OLM! is a TV personality show by comedian Hans Werner Olm . The first broadcast was on Saturday, April 6, 2002 on the private broadcaster RTL . Olm performs parts of his stage program, some of which have existed for many years, but also refers to current events. Usually there is also a guest who is usually a comedian himself. A special feature is the different people who are played by Olm. One of these people usually sings a song with a choir at the end. The program was canceled and ProSieben showed the program OLM on the go from January 15, 2006 , the OLM! was very similar.
Olm's roles
Luise Koschinsky
Luise is a not necessarily reserved rubble woman with a rough sense of humor and a very noticeable voice. The " Wuchtbrumme " comes from Meppen and serves many clichés of the "German grandma"; these are often exaggerated. Her husband Herbert is dead, but his upper body has been stuffed so that Luise continues to talk to him or drive him for a walk in the wagon. Another running gag is that she relieves herself in public places. A typical saying is "Fuck the wall, it's nice here!"
Paul Schrader
A millionaire who made his living by importing and exporting spices to Paderborn . He is a frequent guest at high society events and talks to celebrities there. The name is borrowed from the company Paul Schrader & Co. from Bremen, which sells tea by mail order and a shop.
Iff
Iff is a hippie who walks around in public places with a guitar and sings old songs with new lyrics that fit the situation.
Helmut Prinz
A man who brings applicants for an interview and expects pointless things from them.
Günther Schwagalla
This figure had its first public appearance in 1989 in Olm's first full-length solo program "Der Macht die Demokratie" (sic!). "Günni" Schwagalla ("Schwaggi for you too", said Olm during his most famous appearance in this role during the Karl Dall Show in 1992) is a man who tells of grotesque situations from his life in an emphatically casual Ruhrpott way, especially about cars ("Everything is halogen at the front, and you can see the rest from behind"). This figure (always wearing a mustache and aviator sunglasses, often in a two-piece tracksuit made of brightly colored parachute silk) serves the cliché of the uneducated but self-confident "prowess". Günter Schwagalla excels as a singer on Olms' first CD single, released in 1993 under the title "Wat geht ab". One of his special distinguishing features is his grip on the step.
