O País - O Jornal da Nova Angola , German Das Land - The newspaper of the new Angola , is an Angolan weekly newspaper.
It has been published in Luanda since 2008 with a weekly circulation of 15,000 and belongs to the parent company Media Nova , which is in private hands. The main sections of the paper are Politics, World, Interview, Economy, Society, New Angola, Sports, Culture and Opinion. An online edition is also available, which is edited by an editorial team of over 50 people. As news agencies, Agência Angola Press (ANGOP), Agence France-Presse (AFP), Lusa , Thomson Reuters and Getty Images provide the necessary background material. The director is João Van Dunem, the editor-in-chief is José Kaliengue.
