Obeng Regan (born August 15, 1994 in Kumasi ) is a Ghanaian soccer player .
Career
He learned to play football at the Feyenoord Ghana Football Academy , which is named after the Dutch club and its founder, Feyenoord Rotterdam . He made his professional debut in 2010 at Asante Kotoko , one of the most successful football clubs in Ghana, but quickly moved to Europe to Napredak Kruševac in Serbia . There he was able to convince and played a total of 46 league games between 2012 and 2014. In addition, he achieved promotion to the 1st Serbian Football League with the club . Subsequently, major Serbian clubs and several European clubs have shown interest in Regan in the recent past, including West Bromwich and Ajax Amsterdam . Above all, Ajax was close to signing Regan. However, the race made the up-and-coming Serbian club FK Čukarički in summer 2014, with which Regan signed a four-year contract. There he was able to secure a regular place in the defensive midfield right away.
