Oberellegg is a part of the market town of Wertach in the Swabian district of Oberallgäu .

geography

The hamlet of Oberellegg is located about two kilometers north of Wertach on a ridge around 1100 m above sea level. NHN with views to four sides: into the Illertal and the Rottachsee, towards Wertach and Grüntensee, into the Allgäu Alpine foothills and the Allgäu high Alps.

Attractions

In the hamlet is the Catholic chapel Fourteen Helpers from the 18th century.
