Upper bush

The Obere Busch is a hallway and a residential area in the south of the independent city of Worms in Rhineland-Palatinate.

The Obere Bush is located between the federal highway 9 in the west and the Rhine in the east south of the Middle Bush . South borders beyond the Isenach to Bobenheim-Roxheim belonging Bonnau and west of which also belongs to Bobenheim-Roxheim living space nuns Busch on.

The northern part of the Upper Bush is used as arable land. In the southern part there are two businesses, the open-air stage of the theater district Bobenheim-Roxheim 1975 and a residential building. The area is accessed by the district road 8 running between federal highway 9 and the Rhine; this ends in a NATO ramp , the counterpart of which is on the Hessian side on the Lampertheimer Bonnau .

The entire area is part of the conservation area Rheinhessisches Rhine area .

Origin of name
