The building

The Oberstrasse 135 building is located in Düren in North Rhine-Westphalia .

The former villa of the industrialist Eugen Hoesch from Düren was built around 1890. The two-storey building has four axes on the street side with Neo-Renaissance decorative shapes. The yellow brick facade has ashlar inclusions made of red sandstone . There is a mansard roof on the villa .

The guild health insurance fund used to be located in the former villa , followed by a real estate agent.

The building is entered in the list of monuments of the city of Düren under No. 1/023.
