Ochiltree , called Uchletree in the Middle Ages , is a town in East Ayrshire , Scotland , near Auchinleck and Cumnock . It is one of the oldest settlements in eastern Ayrshire, with archaeological finds from the Stone Age and the Bronze Age . In 2011 the place had 1046 inhabitants. Ochiltree County in Texas is named after this place.
