Kilmarnock and Loudoun is a constituency for the British House of Commons . It was formed in 1983 from parts of the dissolved Kilmarnock constituency. Kilmarnock and Loudoun covers the northern region of the East Ayrshire Council Area with the town of Kilmarnock . As part of the 2005 constituency reform, areas of the disbanded Carrick, Cumnock and Doon Valley constituency were added. The constituency sends a representative.
