Perth and North Perthshire is a constituency for the British House of Commons . It was re-formed in the course of the 2005 constituency reform from parts of the Angus constituency and the dissolved constituencies of Ochil , Perth and North Tayside . Perth and North Perthshire comprises the northern areas of the Council Area Perth and Kinross with the City of Perth . The remaining parts of Perth and Kinross are summarized in the constituency of Ochil and South Perthshire , which also covers the entire Clackmannanshire Council Area . The constituency sends a representative.
