Ross, Skye and Lochaber is a constituency for the British House of Commons . It was formed in the course of the 2005 constituency reform from parts of the dissolved constituencies Ross, Skye and Inverness West and Inverness East, Nairn and Lochaber . Ross, Skye and Lochaber comprises the central areas of the Council Area Highland with the cities of Fort William , Kyle of Lochalsh , Ullapool and Dingwall . The constituency also covers the northern islands of the Inner Hebrides with the Isle of Skye . The constituency sends a representative.
