Kirkcaldy and Cowdenbeath is a constituency for the British House of Commons . It was formed in the course of the electoral reform in 2005 from the dissolved Kirkcaldy constituency by slamming parts of the also dissolved Dunfermline East . Kirkcaldy and Cowdenbeath comprises areas along the north coast of the Firth of Forth in the south of the Council Area Fife with the eponymous cities of Kirkcaldy and Cowdenbeath . The constituency sends a representative.
