North East Fife is a constituency for the British House of Commons . It was created in the course of constituency reform in 1983, essentially from the dissolved constituency of East Fife . North East Fife covers the northeastern areas of the Council Area Fife with the cities of St Andrews , Cupar , Newport-on-Tay , Auchtermuchty and Anstruther . The constituency sends a representative.
