It was re-formed in the course of the 2005 constituency reform from parts of the Angus constituency and the dissolved constituencies of Ochil , Perth and North Tayside . Ochil and South Perthshire includes the full Council Area of Clackmannanshire and the southern areas of Perth and Kinross . The constituency sends a representative.
