Oeschelhorn
The former village of Oeschelhorn was located in the western boundary of the former municipality of Gompertshausen (since 2019 part of Heldburg ) in the Hildburghausen district in Thuringia .

The village of Oeschelhorn was first documented mentioned in 1317. It was mentioned again in the 15th and 16th centuries. It is said to have fallen in the Thirty Years War . No further details have been found in the literature.
