Offendorf is a part of the community Mindelstetten in the Upper Bavarian district of Eichstätt . The former municipality of Offendorf was dissolved in 1939.
history
While Oberoffendorf and Mitteroffendorf (today Stockau) formed one community, Offendorf Castle in (Unter) Offendorf was the seat of a noble Hofmark . In 1939, the community of Offendorf , established in 1818 by the community edict, was incorporated into Hüttenhausen . On May 1, 1978 Hüttenhausen was incorporated into Mindelstetten.

The former Roman Catholic parish church of St. Maria was rebuilt in 1960 with the exception of the preserved tower over a polygonal floor plan. Offendorf Castle was built in 1612 on the remains of an older castle.
