Ojos de Brujo (German: eyes of the witcher ) was next to Manu Chao the most successful group of the mestizo music movement in Barcelona .

With their album Bari they won the BBC Award for World Music 2003. Her distinctive style of music is a mixture of flamenco , hip-hop and rumba catalana . They call it “jipjop flamenkillo”.

In 2010 the group disbanded after the release of the best-of album Corriente Vital and a subsequent tour.
