Oksana Wiktorowna Robski ( Russian Оксана Викторовна Робски ; born June 10, 1968 in Moscow ), née Polyanskaya, is a Russian writer.

She became known in Russia with her debut novel and bestseller Casual , which portrays the life of Moscow's business elite, the nouveau riche and the super-rich, many of whom live on Rublyovskoye Chaussee. Through her second husband, a Russian oligarch, Robski had become part of this social class herself. In 2004 her husband was murdered - a stroke of fate that Robski et al. a. processed in her first novel.

Her books are often assigned a new Russian realism . Those critics who are not convinced of the literary qualities see the value of their books in the insider insight into a world that is otherwise closed to the common man.

Robski describes the Moscow super-rich as a new money aristocracy, which it is just as driving close to power as the nobility in the Russian Empire before . She reports on contract killings, substance abuse and enormous luxury.

Oksana Robski is also a businesswoman herself - she founded a security agency, ran a furniture gallery and moderated the talk show "For You" .
