Olaf Marschall (born January 3, 1973 ) is a former German soccer player .
In the 1992/93 season , Marschall played in the 2nd Bundesliga for SV Darmstadt 98 . On March 12, 1993, the 31st match day of the season, he was substituted on in the 42nd minute of the away game at SC Fortuna Cologne by coach Aleksander Mandziara for Jens Pfahl . The game ended with a 4-0 defeat for Darmstadt, after which there were no more games in German professional leagues for Marschall. However, he also came in the following season as a substitute in the second round of the DFB Cup against the amateur team of FC Bayern Munich .
