Ole Meine

Ole Meine (born June 28, 1970 ) is a former German American football player.

career

He played for the “Rubberducks” team in Hamburg-Harburg (later Hamburg Hornets) before playing with the Hamburg Blue Devils in the German Football League . The 1.91 meter tall Meine, a trained cook and qualified nutritionist, was placed in the defensive end position. He won the German championship with the devils in 1996 and the Eurobowl in 1996, 1997 and 1998 . Meine, who was the captain of the team, played for Hamburg until 1999. He was also used in the German national team, with which he was third in 1993 and second in the European Championship in 2000.

In 1998 and 1999 he also played for Rhein Fire in the NFL Europe  and won the World Bowl with the Düsseldorf team in 1998 .
