Ole Steffes

Ole Steffes (born November 28, 1959 in Cologne ) is a German banker and was a politician . He is a board member of Volksbank-Raiffeisenbank Glauchau eG and federal chairman of the party Alliance C - Christians for Germany .

In 1990 he joined the Party of Biblical Christians (PBC) and was a long-time member of various area boards. After several years as federal treasurer, he took over the federal chairmanship in 2007 from Walter Weiblen , who left the PBC after a lengthy internal political dispute to found the AUF party . In 2015, AUF and PBC merged to form Alliance C - Christians for Germany and elected Ole Steffes alongside Karin Heepen as national chairman of the new party. In 2016 Karin Heepen took over and Ole Steffes withdrew from the board of directors.

Ole Steffes is married, has two children, lives in Meerane and is involved in the Protestant regional church.
