Olga Ivanovna Lapina

Olga Ivanovna Lapina ( Russian Ольга Ивановна Лапина ; * 1959 in Moscow ) is a Soviet - Russian architect .

Life

Lapina's father studied at the Moscow Energy Institute and graduated a year after she was born. He got a job in Obninsk , where he settled with his family. Lapina attended secondary school No. 5, from which she graduated with a gold medal, and the children's art school.

Lapina studied at the Moscow Architecture Institute (MArchI). After graduating in 1982, she returned to Obninsk and worked as a project architect in the plant engineering department of the Physico-Energetic Institute in Obninsk, which had built the Obninsk nuclear power plant .

In 1990 Lapina joined the architecture project workshop Obninskarchprojekt of the architect Vladimir Georgievich Schkarpetin .

In 2004, Lapina became the deputy chief architect in the Obninsk city administration, alongside chief architect Olga Vladimirovna Ashvarina . When Ashvarina left the service in 2010, with whom Lapina had worked for 28 years, Lapina also left her job and left the Obninsk city council. She now worked in a private construction company. She advised the client on the planning of their properties and prepared the documentation for the building applications.

In 2012, Lapina Obninsk became chief architect. She is committed to the city park and recreational areas. She is a member of the Union of Architects of Russia and Honored Architect of Kaluga Oblast .
