Omar Martínez Legorreta

Omar Martínez Legorreta (* 1935 in Mexico City ) is a former Mexican ambassador .

Life

Omar Martínez Legorreta studied international relations at Johns Hopkins University . From February 24, 1976 to February 2, 1980 he was ambassador to the government of Deng Xiaoping in Beijing in the People's Republic of China, and at the same time to the government of the Democratic Kampuchea and of Vietnam . From April 17, 1979 to March 18, 1981 he was ambassador to the government of Josip Broz Tito in Belgrade and the government in Tirana in Albania .

In 1989 he was chairman of the Colegion Mexiquense in Toluca .
