Omega Constellation is a wristwatch made by the Swiss company Omega SA , which is now part of the Swatch Group , which was first introduced as a watch model series in 1952 and has been offered continuously since then.

history

The watch model series has an eventful history. In the course of time different movements (hammer, automatic rotor movements , quartz movements and others) were installed. In the beginning, their own movements were used, later and to this day, the ETA base calibers from the Swatch Group are used, some in an individualized version. Over the years, different materials have been used for the watch cases and the bracelets , and the basic design has also been adapted to the fashions of the various post-war periods.

A fixed bezel with engraved Roman numerals without III and IX, where there are four polished claws instead, has been characteristic since the 1980s .

Well-known personalities such as Cindy Crawford have advertised this model series with the slogan "Significant moments".
