The Omelchenko Bluff is a more than 600 m high cliff on the Antarctic Ross Island in the Ross Archipelago . It rises about 1 km northwest of Grazyna Bluff in the vicinity of Cape Evans between the Turks Head Ridge and the Tech Crags .
The New Zealand Geographic Board named the cliff in 2012 after Anton Lukitsch Omeltschenko (1883-1932), the Russian groom on the Terra Nova Expedition (1910-1913) of British polar explorer Robert Falcon Scott .
