Ona Babonienė

Ona Babonienė ( Spaknytė ; born October 22, 1950 in Rakava , Raseiniai district ) is a Lithuanian social democratic politician .

Life

From 1955 to 1959 Spaknytė studied in Rakava, from 1959 to 1964 in Ginčaičiai . After graduating from secondary school in Raseiniai in 1967 , she completed her diploma studies at the Pedagoginis institutas in Šiauliai from 1973 to 1978 and at the Pedagoginis universitetas in Vilnius from 1993 to 1997 . From 1967 to 1969 Babonienė worked in Kalnujai , from 1969 to 1974 in Pašaltuonis . From 2000 to 2004 she was a member of the Seimas . From 2004 to 2012 she was director of the Lithuanian Youth Sports Center.

From 1990 Babonienė was a member of the Lietuvos socialdemokratų partija , Moterų socialdemokračių sąjunga . From 1990 to 1995 she was a deputy, from 1995 to 2003 and from 2011 to 2015 a member of the Raseiniai Council.
