One Man Army is a punk rock band from San Francisco formed in 1996 .

The band was formed by Jack Dalrymple from the Swingin 'Utters (guitarist and singer), Brandon Pollack (drums) and James Kotter (bass). In 1998 the debut album Dead End Stories was released by Adeline Records . At this point, Kotter had already been replaced by Heiko Schrepel. The band's second album, Last Word Spoken , was produced by Green Day singer Billie Joe Armstrong and was released in 2000. They then moved to BYO Records , where another album and a split EP with Alkaline Trio was released. Drummer Pollack had previously been replaced by Chip Hanna from the US Bombs . In 2004 the band announced their split.

In 2011 plans for a reunion of the band became known. The cast now consists of Jack Dalrymple, Heiko Schrepel and Brandon Pollack again.
