The One Shoreline Plaza is a building complex consisting of two skyscrapers in the Texas city ​​of Corpus Christi . It is the tallest building in the city and is south of San Antonio . The taller of the two is the One Shoreline Plaza - South Tower. It is 125 meters (411 ft ) high and has 28 stories. There is also a 9 meter high antenna on the roof , which increases the overall height to 134 meters. The One Shoreline Plaza - North Tower is the smaller tower of the two. It is 114 meters (375 ft) high and has 22 stories.

The building was designed by Boone & Associates and Morgan Spear and Associates and was completed in 1988 after 5 years of construction. In 2007, the American Bank, one of the main tenants of the building, was placed on the west and east facade. The complex also includes an 8-story parking garage, which was completed in 1988 and offers around 900 parking spaces.
