Onepoint Projects ( spelling ONEPOINT Projects ) is a 100% web-based and fully integrated project and portfolio management software . The project management program is standards-based, centralized and has an integrated resource management .
A free version is available for individual users and teams of up to four members.
Onepoint's project pipeline shows all waterfall , agile and Jira projects as well as their current status with traffic lights and progress. In graphical real-time views of resource distribution, utilization and requirements, a simple personnel selection can be made on the basis of skills and global availability. Onepoint Projects can be selected as SaaS or server installation, but users can switch between the variants at any time.
From version 12.1 Onepoint Projects offers a two-way real-time integration with Jira from Atlassian , which makes it possible to exchange real project and resource planning while issues are still being processed in Jira.
Additional optional modules can be adapted and selected to the requirements of the company and the project management team (e.g. portfolio management with utility analysis , bubble charts and project symbols for up to 12 project dimensions). These graphically prepared analysis functions primarily support project management in multi-project and portfolio management.
In 2010, Onepoint Projects was included in the “Magic Quadrant” ( IT Project and Portfolio Management ) by Gartner . In 2008 Onepoint Projects won the Hagenberg Award . From 2011 to 2017, Onepoint Projects was again placed in Gartner's “Magic Quadrant”.
