Onetwo
Onetwo are a synth-pop project founded in 2004 , consisting of Claudia Brücken (vocals, formerly propaganda ) and Paul Humphreys (keyboard, orchestral maneuvers in the Dark ). The two were in a private relationship until 2013. In the case of live performances, another keyboard player is added, and occasionally a fourth who plays the keyboard and / or guitar. The first live performance took place in London at the end of September 2004 .
The music not only incorporates elements from the music of the members' earlier (or other) bands, but also a large proportion of 80s pop, Kraftwerk- like electronic and trance . Propaganda titles are just as much a part of the program as Orchestral Maneuvers in the Dark.
For the release of their first EP Item they founded their own record label There (there) . Claudia Brücken wrote the title Cloud 9 on it together with Martin Gore from Depeche Mode , who can also be heard in it with his typical guitar style.
After a short solo tour, Onetwo appeared in 2007 in support of Erasure on their tour Light at the End of the World . In November and December of the same year they were on a short tour in Europe again with a solo program.
