Onyeka Okongwu (born December 11,  2000 in East Los Angeles ) is an American basketball player .

career

Okongwu was of Nigerian parents and attended Chino Hills High School in California . Twice he was in the US state with the award "Mr. Basketball ”. In May 2018 he announced his decision to play at the University of Southern California from the 2019/20 season . In the 2019/20 game year, he was the leader of the USC university team in the statistical values ​​of points per game (16.2), rebounds per game (8.6) and blocks per game (2.7).
