Orazly Annageldiýew
Orazly Annageldiýew ( Russian Оразли Бердылиевич Аннагельдыев , at the World Chess Federation FIDE Orazly Annageldyev ; born March 20, 1960 in Ashgabat ) is a Turkmen chess player .
He played for Turkmenistan at five Chess Olympiads : 1992 to 2000 .
He once played for the Turkmen SSR at the Soviet team championships in 1991.
In 1992 he became International Master , since 2005 he has held the title of Grand Master and since 2014 the title of FIDE Referee. For example, he was one of the main referees at the 2016 Women's Chess Olympiad . His highest rating was 2503 in January 2001.
