Orquestra de Cadaqués
The Orquestra de Cadaqués (German: Cadaqués Orchester ) is a Catalan chamber orchestra that was founded in 1988.
Impact history
The Orquestra de Cadaqués was founded as a resident orchestra for the Cadaqués Festival and now also contests the regular concert season of Cadaqués . The ensemble organizes an international conducting competition every two years and gives concerts all over Spain, including in the following concert halls:

Gianandrea Noseda has been the ensemble's chief conductor since 1994, after winning the Cadaqués conducting competition that same year. The orchestra's Principal Guest Conductor is Sir Neville Marriner . In February 2011, the orchestra appointed founding member Jaime Martin , a flautist, as co-chief conductor.
