Oryx - The International Journal of Conservation is a specialist journal for international nature conservation . Four times a year, peer-reviewed articles on international nature conservation practice, species conservation projects , the relationship between society and nature conservation, as well as fundamental questions of commitment to the conservation of biodiversity are published. The first issue of the Oryx appeared in 1904. The magazine is published by Cambridge University Press , published by Fauna & Flora International .
